Email is set up in Site settings. WhatsApp and SMS are used for reminders, new leads and payment updates. Every message is recorded in Notification log.

Uses the WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta.
An approved utility template with two text variables: title and message.

Paste the GET link your SMS provider gives you, with {phone} and {message} where the number and text go.
