About us

Shikshak Kalyaan is a national initiative that works to create a fair and healthy environment for both government and non-government teachers. Our mission is to reduce exploitation at every level by protecting teachers' rights and giving them a strong national platform for open expression, collective welfare and professional growth.

To do this, we regularly organise workshops, seminars and training programmes on skill development, subject specialisation and professional excellence, especially for teachers and staff in the private education sector.

What we do

• Promote the welfare and dignity of teachers
• Support teachers' health, housing and financial well-being
• Run seminars, workshops and training programmes
• Strengthen education through skill based programmes
• Build harmony in teaching and learning spaces

Help is our main goal

We give the highest importance to quality education, so that every effort adds to the all round development of students. At Shikshak Kalyaan, we believe that teachers who are empowered and respected are the foundation of a stronger education system and a brighter nation.
