When you submit a request you get a ticket number and a private link. Use them on the "Track a request" page to see replies and the current status.

Yes. Self nominations are welcome. You can also nominate a colleague.

After you pay, fill the donation form with your payment reference. Once our team confirms the payment, your receipt becomes available to download.

Yes. Every educator uploads identity and qualification documents, and our team reviews them before the profile goes live with a Verified badge.

Most educators offer a free trial. Some charge a small trial fee, which is shown on their profile before you book.

Pay securely on the website with UPI, card or net banking. You get an invoice for every payment. Please do not pay educators directly.

After the trial you can ask for another educator for free. If there is a problem later, raise a support ticket from your dashboard.

A parent account shows attendance, upcoming classes, homework, test scores and monthly progress reports for each child.

Payments from students are collected by the platform. After the commission, the educator's share is paid out to their UPI or bank account.
